CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER - You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering. Please use the contact form on my website.

RETURNS -You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original state. Please contact me using the contact form on my website for more information on how to start a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Please note all international orders are final sale.

I ORDERED THE WRONG RING SIZE- You can contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I will honor an exchange for the correct size. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

EXCHANGE POLICY - Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

REPAIRS - I understand that accidents happen and jewelry can break. Please contact me with a photo of your jewelry using the contact form, I am happy to help repair your piece. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees.

I LOST AN EARRING- No problem. Contact me and I will most likely be able to create a new one for you at 50% of the original cost, depending on the earring, I can't guarantee it will be identical to the other as all items are made by hand which means no two pieces are ever identical.

CUSTOM ORDERS- Use the contact form to contact me to inquire about custom orders or special occasions or events. 

STONES ARE DIFFERENT THAN PICTURED- Everything I make is handpicked, handcrafted, and nothing is mass produced. The beauty of stones is no two are exactly alike. They are "sisters, not twins" so please keep in mind that you will receive beautiful, handpicked stones but they may not look exactly like the picture.
